New Home Version 8.4 and 9.2 program materials (including the manual, checklists, and data collection forms (DCFs)) have been updated and are now available in the Rater Portal. Updates include revised national energy compliance pathways for both versions, plus a new mixed-fuel pathway for California projects in Version 9.2.
Please transition active projects over to these versions by March 31, 2026.
