GreenPoint Rated's New Home system is most effective when integrated from the very beginning of the design process. A GreenPoint Rater will work with the design and construction team to identify sustainable and best management practices from measures pursued from conception through construction. The system was last updated in 2020 and is available for National and California-specific single family and multi-family new construction projects.
Projects are evaluated and points are earned across these five simple categories.
GreenPoint Rated New Home Certification Levels
Higher tiers signify more green features were incorporated into a project.
