The development offers a mix of studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units, all affordable to households earning between 20% and 60% of the area median income with 18 units specifically reserved for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Crescent Grove incorporates a range of green features including all-electric construction, rooftop solar panels, a centralized heat pump hot water system and on-site electric vehicle charging stations. Future amenities will include electric car sharing and a free bike share program.
